Abstract

Introduction: Acute generalized peritonitis (AGP) is a medical-surgical emergency requiring rapid diagnosis and treatment. This study aimed to describe the epidemiological characteristics, clinical and paraclinical manifestations, management, and clinical course of AGP in children at the Kara Teaching Hospital (CHU) in Togo.
